Scope

These terms cover website design, copywriting, publishing and optional ongoing care provided by Elevora. The specific package, price and deliverables are confirmed in writing before work begins.

Quotes and payment

• Prices shown on this website are starting points; your quote is fixed once agreed.
• Build work is invoiced on completion, before the site is published to your domain.
• Ongoing care is billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time.
• Domain registration and any third-party fees are charged at cost.

What you provide

You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you give us — services, prices, hours and contact details — and for having the right to use any photos or logos you send.

Revisions

One revision round is included with every build. Corrections to factual errors are always free. Changes that alter the agreed scope are quoted before they are carried out.

Ownership

On full payment, the published content and the domain are yours. We retain the right to display the finished site as an example of our work unless you ask us in writing not to.

Availability

Sites are published as static files on third-party hosting. We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for outages caused by hosting providers, domain registrars or DNS services.

Liability

Our liability in connection with any project is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue.

Cancellation

You may cancel before the preview is delivered and pay only for work completed. Once a site is published, the build fee is non-refundable.
